Are your products legal?
-Yes our products are legal in Holland/The Netherlands. If you want us to send products to another country it is necessary that you check your local laws and rules. This is your own responsibility, not ours. We will send your order, but at your own risk. Read our terms and conditions.

Can I buy your products when i am 18 years old?
-Yes you can, you have to be 18 years or older to shop/order in our webshop

Is your paymentprovider(DialXS) safe and secure?
-Yes the payment system is very safe and secure. All the order, personal and payment information is sent through secured servers an connections. DialXS is one of the biggest and safest paymentprovider in Holland and will proces your payments with the utmost discretion.

Is my shipment discrete?
– Yes, we send the orders in white, bubblefoil envelopes and/or boxes with only your name and adress on it. We seal the shipments extra tape and/or glue to prevent opening.

I did not receive my order?
-We send your order with very reliable dutch postal-companies. If you want us to send your order to another country, it is always possible that police, customs or bad postal-companies are responsible for not delivering your order. As mentioned in our terms and conditions this is your own risk and responsibility. It is quite rare that packages do not arrive.

I have not received my order
– Deliveries in Holland may take upto 2 days but in Europe it normally takes 1 to 1,5 week. Deliveries outside Europe can take 2 to 2,5 weeks.
