Description
White Lily (Nymphaea ampla) contains the psychoactive compounds nupharine and nymphaeine, which have euphoric, sedative and narcotic effects. According to some sources white lily is also a potent aphrodisiac.

Use:
Put 5 grams (per cup of tea) in hot water, briefly let it boil and then let it brew for about 15 minutes. Add honey, sugar or a teabag for the flavour.
You can also soak the flowers in wine for several hours. Use approximately 5 grams per bottle. Do not use more, otherwise the wine becomes very bitter and hard to drink.
