Description
A popular natural soporific, an effect boosted by mixing with hops, and at higher doses valerian induces a floaty feeling.
Content: 80 grams shredded
Use:
Mix a few table spoons in half a litre water and let this boil gently for 5 minutes in a closed pot. This is important because the healing vapours should not escape. It is then just a case of straining the mixture, once cooled slightly, it is ready to drink. Add honey, sugar or a teabag for the flavour.
