African Dream Root, as the name implies, amplifies your dreams. Vivid, colourful dreams are often the result of drinking a tea made with this root.
Make tea from 200-250mg pulverized root in hot water and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Honey or tea can be added for a better flavour. Drink this tea in the morning on an empty stomach. The effect gets stronger for each consecutive day the tea is consumed. Never consume more than 500mg a day.
