How to order

TEMPORARY NO ORDERS TO UK BECAUSE OF BREXIT- CUSTOMS- AND TAX MEASURES

Ordering products in our webshop is very easy. Just search for the desired products and push on “buy now” . The product is now automatically put into the shopping cart. It is possible to change the quantity in the shopping cart but if you do so, do not forget to push “Update card”.

When you are finished shopping press in the shopping cart “proceed to checkout”. Now automatically you are being transferred to our secured paymentprocess. Follow the payment instructions step by step. It is possible to order without creating an account.

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order. Save this confirmation mail in your inbox(check also your spambox). Your order is now being processed and when your order has been sent ,you will receive a confirmation email again.

It is also possible to order by email. It then takes 2 days before you receive a confirmation email in your inbox. If you want to order by email please mention the desired products, your name, adress, housenumber and the desired paymentmethod. You will receive a reply or confirmation-mail again. Do not forget: minimal order amount is 15 euro and always check your email inbox and spam inbox.
